Some plastic surgeons operate in their offices, but this can potentially raise certain safety issues, and safety should never be compromised. There is obviously never a need for the hospital to dial 911! Dr. Friedman has chosen Saint Francis Hospital in San Francisco to perform the majority of his surgical procedures. He has years of experience working with their staff and has found their facilities to be second to none. The entire staff that comes in contact with our patients has been specially trained in all the nursing, medical and surgical aspects of plastic surgery.
