INTRODUCING DR. REATH:
Dr. David Reath is a longtime resident of Knoxville where he resides with his wife and three children (all of them teenagers!). Dr. Reath and his family enjoy sailing, SCUBA diving, cooking together and UT football. When not in his office, Dr. Reath can usually be found singing baritone in the choir at the Church of the Ascension or at Lakeshore Park watching one of his children play baseball.

In addition, Dr. Reath is a Past-President of the Eastern Association for the Surgery of Trauma, a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, a member of the prestigious Committee on Trauma, a national and international renowned speaker and lecturer, and an Associate Professor of Surgery at the University of Tennessee. Dr Reath received his training as a general surgeon at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond and completed plastic surgery training at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He has been in practice at UT for over sixteen years.

Jill Maze, RN
Aesthetic Nurse Specialist Jill Maze is a welcome addition to our practice. Her patients attest to both her caring bedside manner and her skilled professionalism. A member of the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Nurses, Jill’s medical training, injectable expertise and gentle touch is a winning combination.

Since the FDA’s approval of Juvederm and other fillers, Jill has been focused on advanced training with the southeast’s most renowned experts in Cosmetic Injectables in both Atlanta and Boca Raton, Florida. She received specialized instruction on techniques for using Botox® for areas other than the upper face. In addition, she is trained and experienced with the recently FDA-approved semi-permanent filler Radiesse.

This area requires a unique blend of artistry and science as well as the need to stay current, so Jill will continue to travel the U.S. and Canada to observe the leaders in her field. When she is not traveling and taking care of patients Jill likes to spend time with her husband and two teen-aged daughters camping in the great outdoors (and beating them at poker.)

If you haven't met Heather yet, you are in for a real treat. She has a unique ability to make everyone around her smile.

With over eleven years experience in medical and aesthetic care, Heather brings a wealth of knowledge to our office.

She moved to Knoxville recently from Nashville where she was one of a selected few aestheticians chosen to pamper the elite guests of the Opryland Hotel. Her soothing, relaxing touch combined with medical-grade products and procedures is a winning combination for our patients.

Warm, welcoming and fun, Heather has special strengths in working with aging and hyper-pigmented skin. She is legendary for her waxing and has quite a following for brow design and shaping, which provides an added convenience to our patients.

When she is not at the office, she volunteers for the Thompson Cancer Center performing relaxing services on current and recovering cancer patients.
